We currently have a small one bedroom apartment available in Scio, NY. This is the Church St, Scio apartment B on the application form. Please see the photos below. The third picture is the bedroom. There is also a office/storage room in this apartment. Hookups for a washer and electric dryer are available in the bathroom. All other appliances are included, even a dishwasher!! There is a large yard. Rent is $550 plus utilities. First and last month's rent are due before moving in. This apartment does not allow pets or smoking.
